Inquiry
The process begins with your initial inquiry, ideally through our website form, email, or a phone call. Our experienced team member will evaluate your project and reach out within 24 hours.
Site visit & estimate
Our comprehensive estimate provides a rough cost indication for your proposed project based on the initial site visit with the owner. We will provide you with the scope of work, put forward a start date and arrange a payment plan. If the estimate cost is agreed, we will move forward to the next step.
Booking
To complete the booking process, please ensure the following:
- A signed copy of our estimate and agreement must be sent to
Rx Hammer Construction Inc. via email or hard copy.
- A deposit is required to secure your project, typically ranging from 10-35% of the price, as indicated in the evaluated cost. Once both steps are completed, you'll be sent a copy of your receipt via email, and your project will be scheduled.
Finally, a detailed QuickBooks invoice will then be generated to outline costs and keep you informed about payments and balance. Any upgrades or changes will be reflected in this invoice, ensuring your budget remains intact.
